I haven't updated in a while, so I decided to this morning. First off, the garage sale was a huge success. I raked in about 45 dollars, and everyone else made profits themselves (except trina). Thursday was our busiest day, and Friday it was dead. Saturday a few people came, so it's all good.
My last weight watchers meeting in Parma was last sunday. My leader hugged me goodbye. I never really liked her. Mainly because she was an older woman and I didn't really connect with her. Plus, she's only lost 10 pounds and has maintained that. But I'd want a leader who's lost like 100 pounds. That way, I'd feel comfortable, because they would have gone through a lot of the stuff I am going through. My total so far is 15 pounds. It's a great start. And everyone I talk to tells me that losing 15 pounds in eight weeks is very impressive. But I look at how much more I have to go, and this 15 pounds seems so small. I feel better. I have a lot more self confidence, which is good. This weight watchers is different from any other past attepmts. It doesn't consume my whole day. I count points, eat healthy, and find time to exercise. That's it. And I've stayed on it for eight weeks so far. That's amazing. I plan on still doing it down in marietta. I want to be successful. I deserve it. We'll have to see what my leader is like down in Marietta. I hope she's nice. That's all the rambling I'm going to do about weight watchers, I know it's boring...lol.
So, I leave on Saturday. I haven't even started packing. I am going to start it all today. I've already started washing all my clothes. I don't even know where to start. It's so crazy. Mom and Gary are taking me down on saturday morning. They are both really excited about it. Gary even more so. It's so cute, he keeps telling me that we are going to load the truck friday night, so we can just leave saturday morning. I asked Gary if we can go up to the Wal Mart with Beck and buy the futon and use his truck. He was like "Yeah! and I'll bring some tools to set up." He's excited beyond belief.
Basically that's it. I'm boring I know. lol. Two days till Marietta!!
